I like to ponder and stretch the muscles of my brain and I know personal growth and development is one of the constants of my life. I believe if we can get used to knowing that growth will help to stretch us, we can learn to move with that 'flow'. By doing this we can be so much more in tune with our own sense of empowerment to grow through this process.
